Abstract submission deadline: 15 April, 2010

Original abstracts are greatly encouraged.

An area will be at your disposal for poster exhibition. Posters (120 cm height - 80 cm large) will be displayed in the room adjacent to the conference amphitheatre.

Please, note that authors presenting poster abstracts must be registered as participants. Final acceptance will be subject to payment of the registration fees. The corresponding author will receive all correspondence concerning the poster abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the poster abstract.

Posters will be set up on May 4th and left for the duration of the Symposium.

All studies must have been approved by institutional committees on ethics of experimental and human investigations.

If you wish to submit an abstract for poster presentation please follow the instructions below.

Format

• All poster abstracts must be submitted in English.
• The abstract should be typed single spaced using font size Arial 11
• The title should be in bold
• The authors and address should start on the line following the title
• with the name of the presenting author underlined
• The text should be separated from the authors and addresses by a blank line
• The complete abstract must not exceed 350 words
• Please do not include diagrams.

Method of submission
Abstracts can be sent as an E-mail attachment in doc or pdf format to sc-stroke-abstract@istem.fr with ‘Abstract submission’ in the subject area. Please indicate contact information in the E-mail.

Acknowledgement of receipt of the submission will be sent to the stated E-mail address.
